It's been pretty obvious to many of us, that you come to Jay to do one thing... and that's to ski! But today, there is so much more to do!

Skiing & Riding
Jay Peak has grown so much, a new tram, new lifts, more trails. They're working on new restaurants, bars and facilities in the next few seasons. The mountain has over 50 miles of skiable terrain with 76 trails, glades and chutes. And don't forget the cross country trails too! Visit jaypeakresort.com for complete details.

Snowmobiling
Jay is home to some of the most spectacular vistas for snowmobilers. Get ready to ride on the trails that crisscross the state.

Snowshoeing & Cross Country Skiing
Visit Hazen's Notch to trek 10 miles of snowshoe and 40 miles of cross country trails. With our plentiful snow fall, you are sure to enjoy! Visit hazensnotch.org for complete details.

Dogsledding
The Eden Mountain Lodge in Eden Mill offers mushing with a team of huskies. Call 802.635.9070 for reservations.

Ice Skating
A full size rink is being constructed right now at the Jay Peak resort! For now though, you can visit the rink at the Montgomery Recreation Center at Gardner Park.

Indoor Recreation Center
Orleans is now home to a fabulous indoor recreation center. Complete with basketball courts and a water slide! Daily and 10 visit passes available. Visit irocvt.org for complete details.

Golf
Jay peak has recently opened a world class 18 hole golf course. Visit jaypeakresort.com for complete details. There are also several other local golf clubs, if you'd like to mix it up!

Hiking & Biking
Get off road and back to nature! Jay Peak offers some great trails, as does the Rail Trail from St. Albans to Richford. Ask around to find out about more trails.

Fall Foliage
The Northeast Kingdom comes alive in autumn with color. This is a great time to go antiquing, visit craft shows and fall festivals.

Wildlife Watching
The hills are alive- with nature! Take a stroll and maybe, just maybe, you'll see a moose!

Lake Memphremagog
The lake offers seasonal attractions- swimming, canoeing, kayaking and fishing (open water and ice).

For the Future
The Jay Peak Resort has so many great plans for the future. On the multiyear development plan is a waterpark, expanded mountain bike trails, tram house remodel, a new nordic center/golf clubhouse. Keep your eyes open!
